BINETIX PTM enables you to manage centralized all Orders in the System, regardless of the type of the Documentary Records. Since the paradigm in the System is to unify the resources management which are associated with the Documentary Record, therefore the approach for management of Orders is also retained.
MAIN STEPS FOR WORKING WITH THE CENTRAL REGISTRY OF ORDERS IN PTM
1)Press the "Orders" button from the home screen:  2)You gain access to the screen for centralized Orders viewing and management in the System:  Note: With the help of the screen for centralized Order management in the System, you have the options to actively control various types of Orders (position 1) in the System and their statuses (position 2) between the Documentary Registries (position 3) for Bank Letters of credit, Bank guarantees and Bank collections. You even have the functionality to generate SWIFT messages on selected records from the Registry. |
