Orders can be issued, edited and managed on any Documentary Record. The Order is specialized internal bank document through which can be monitored various business processes that occur in the processing of Documentary Records. BINETIX PTM System supports different types of orders according to the type of Documentary Record:

A.Orders for Bank Guarantees

B.Orders for Bank Letters of credit

C.Orders for Bank Collections

The user of the System can manage orders from the working desktop of the Documentary Record through the following functions available on the toolbar above the list of already registered Orders:

"Refresh" button - By pressing this button reloads the list of Orders and provides up-to-date information to the user about how many orders currently are present to the selected Documentary Record. Pressing this button also updates the current status of the Records;

"Filter" button - By pressing this button the user can perform preliminary filtering of the content of the table with Orders;

After pressing the "Filter" button at the top of the working desktop, a help filtering screen appears. The user has the option to filter the Orders on a various of criteria.

The filter, as a combination of entered filtering criteria, can be applied to the Order table by clicking on the "Apply filter" button. Removing active filters from the table with Orders can be done by clicking the "Clear filter" button.

The capabilities of the filter are expanded with the PTM'21 version, allowing search and combination of data ranges, for example, filtering from date to date and at a minimum and maximum value of a specified value date.

"Create" button - by pressing this button you create new Orders according to the type of the documentary operation;

"Change" button - pressing this button changes the content of a selected Order from the Order Registry - note that the "Change" button is only available if you have already selected a Record from the table with Orders;

"Control" button - pressing this button controls the operating state of a selected Order according to the type of the Documentary Record (see above);

"More" button - the user gets access to help functions such as exporting the current table information to Excel.

The user has the ability to organize the tabular information similar to the Documentary Registry.

BINETIX PTM offers special functionality for centralized Order management, which allows the user to have an overview of all registered Orders in the System, regardless what kind of affiliation they have to the Documentary Records.
