The Module „Eurogiro transactions“ provides full automation and integration with ELS – Eurogiro Local System is a complete equipment (hardware and software) of Eurogiro for financial transactions and other communications between financial institutions.

The illustration below is provided by Eurogiro to show an exemplary configuration of their system to external "Host" systems that can provide more complex financial services.

BINETIX PTM operates as a "Host system" of ELS. The Module „Eurogiro transactions“, as a basic element of PTM, allows several communication channels of the System to be integrated, under the condition that they can support and manage SWIFT-based messages Standard for the relevant fiscal years.

The functionality of the Module allows the receive and send international payment transactions through ELS, using the functional and communication capabilities of Eurogiro's equipment.

Upon receiving of an international payment transactions from an external institution, a procedure is provided that allows manually to register it in the System.

Upon receiving and sending, a number of processing operations can be performed on a regular basis through the Module Eurogiro transactions and ELS according to the SWIFT standard, which are related to bidirectional communication with external payment institutions.

Examples of such processing operations, not excluding the variations and exceptions that occur in everyday work, are:

▪Monitoring and control of MT011 notifications;

▪Processing of requests credit and cash transfers MT103 and MT202;

▪Processing of statements and reports upon receiving of MT9xx;

▪Processing of messages of denials, questions, and submitting answers on MTn91, MTn92, MTn95 and MTn96;

▪Processing of messages of deliveries and return of transactions on MT198;

▪Exchange of messages MTn99 and MT199 in free format, which are prepared by sector experts according to the specific situation of international payment transaction;

▪and other processing operations on reports and statements.

✓Automated receive and record new payment transactions from ELS in the System;

✓Options for control in the System, after registration by ELS. The option stands for further processing or exchange of messages, where applicable, such as MTN99 and MT199 and others;

✓Option for control in the Module before sending to ELS, with purpose for verification and correction of the content completed by experts at the branch of the bank and validation of the SWIFT messages before being broadcast to ELS;

✓Option to send  payment transactions and messages from the Module to ELS after confirmation from the backoffice;

✓Option to monitor the communication between the Module and ELS by the backoffice;

✓Option to manually send (re-send) payment transactions and messages from the Module to ELS in incidental backoffice situations.
