The Module  â€žMoneyGram transactions“ provides opportunity to automated and integrated management of the financial transactions to and from MoneyGram through the functional capabilities of Corporate records and the unified way of managing financial transactions through a separate payment channel in PTM designed specifically to work with MoneyGram. What's more, the Module automatically connects to MoneyGram through the latest version of AgentConnect® 15.12.

The Module is accessible from the home screen of BINETIX PTM (if it is provided for use and you have been granted access to it).

The Module provides functionality for:

▪Management a centralized Register with transactions(payments) through Moneygram;

▪Manage a Registry with subsidiaries that use / provide Moneygram services;

▪Manage nomenclatures with Money Transfer accounts via Moneygram;

▪Automatic import of data / reports generated by Moneygram;

▪Sending amounts in currencies valid for the country of the recipient;

▪Retrieve and select eligible tax and currency options for sending and receiving amounts;

▪Receiving payments on a known transaction reference;

▪Cancellation and return of sums sent and received;

▪Providing a Report information on sent and received transaction values by a respective division represented as a Moneygram's agent;

▪Providing Reports of accomplished transactions;

▪Search for clients who have transacted through Moneygram;

▪Search for cities by name and country in Moneygram infrastructure;

▪Search references of MoneyGram transactions by specified recipient names.

You get access to the standard BINETIX PTM functionality for managing and payment transactions through the "MoneyGram" payment channel. Each transaction from or to MoneyGram is stored as a Record of a payment transaction in the System.

In the example above, a screen with filtered payment transactions through MoneyGram is illustrated. Through this screen you have the ability to filter the the information by different criteria. The most commonly used filters are the following:

✓MoneyGram Reference Number;

✓Work status by which you can monitor how transactions are processed through AgentConnect®;

✓Heading that allows you to view only incoming or outgoing transactions via MoneyGram;

✓Processing period;

✓A division of your organization - which enables you to track activity and cash flows;

✓Amount of payment transactions.

The Module provides you with access to all MoneyGram  payment transactions parameters in the Record.
