The system tool Event Viewer is designed to help you monitor and control multiple queues of event messages registered by variety of services and applications which are working or have been worked under the current installation of Windows®.
This tool could be started quickly using the system command eventvwr.msc:
❖from the Command Terminal (CMD.exe);
❖from Windows PowerShell, or
❖via the key combination 
and then enter the command as shown below.
The following window should appear on successful start of this system tool:
